After registering or purchasing a ticket, each attendee automatically receives an email with a unique QR ticket. It can be presented directly from the inbox, from the Gridaly Event App, or saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.


Before the event, Gridaly provides dedicated QR scanners integrated with Brother, Epson, or Dymo label printers. Equipment arrives ready to use. We also run a training session for your reception team — it takes around 10 minutes and fully prepares staff for smooth check-in operations.
On the day of the event, attendees present their QR code at the entrance. Staff scan it using a dedicated scanner and the system instantly confirms the attendee's identity, access rights, and registers their entry.

Once scanned, the printer automatically produces a badge sticker with the attendee's details — name, company, job title, or any other set of information defined by the organizer. The whole thing takes just a few seconds.

Optionally, you can deploy a self-check-in kiosk. The attendee scans their own QR code, the system confirms attendance and prints the badge sticker — no staff required. Perfect as an additional station at large events or as a standalone solution for smaller ones.
Every QR code is unique and can only be used once — the system automatically blocks any attempt to re-enter with the same ticket. Throughout the event, the organizer has a live view of checked-in attendees, zone attendance, and up-to-the-minute entry statistics.




Operating Gridaly Check-in is simple and hassle-free. The entire process is fully automated and the event crew's involvement is mainly limited to scanning QR codes, applying personalized stickers to ID badges and handing them to attendees.
Yes, we provide training for the entire event team that will be responsible for the check-in. The training takes about 10 minutes and prepares the team to operate event check-in efficiently.
That depends on the number of event participants. For large events, a team of several people will be necessary, while for small events 1 or 2 people are often enough.
Yes. The system differentiates access based on ticket type — VIP, standard, or exhibitor attendees are automatically identified at the point of scan. Staff instantly see which zone the attendee is permitted to enter.

Renting special Brother printers for event ID badge labels printing is available upon request. We will include the additional cost in the quote for your project.
